• No returns or refunds. Unbounded Print Shop requires full payment of invoice before we start the printing. We do not offer refunds, but we also understand that stuff happens, and we are willing to work with you to find other options. If something happens with your order on our end, we promise to make up for that the best way possible.

• Artwork requires approval from client before payment.

• Clients will be updated along the printing process.

• We always work our hardest to finish the order by the desired date, but please keep in mind that life has a crazy way of changing in an instant, and we might not be able to get the order to you on time. If this happens, you will be notified in plenty of time and updated along the way.
